KT Micro has developed a sophisticated in-house process design kit ( PDK ) for advanced CMOS processes provided by mainstream foundries. It includes advanced component modeling, parameter driven layout, special component designs and other features that are specially calibrated to meet the unique requirements of high-performance mixed-signal designs. It has been seamlessly integrated into our mixed-signal design flow. Its accuracy and efficiency have been proved by our past successful tape-outs.

      Our PDK is design rule driven and can be easily ported to different processes.
